Don't think there'll be too many takers for this one with the social spin on Sunday (which I can't make unfortunately). I plan on doing natural stuff around Ballinastoe or do the trails at Lough Dan, depending on numbers.
Stuck to Ballinastoe today, we did discuss heading to Lough Dan but didn't in the end. Just Emmet, Marko and myself. Weather was grand, calm and no rain but a heavy fog stayed with us until the end. Trails were squishy and the always present wet roots, but good fun. Stuck to the natural stuff so didn't get to do any of the new trails apart from the initial climb.
Thanks Tony and Emmet great spin I couldn't stay for the last trail I had to get back for the kids , Balinastoe is always fun I dont care were I go for a spin as long as I'm spinning my legs and bobbing and weaving through the trees with some class people. Ballinastoe will always have that nostalgia feeling as it's were I started on my own before I hooked up with epic...the mixture of man made trails and natural trails is great, your relaxed one minute and then you have to get your shit together for the slomp and roots.
