That was some ice skating session last night. Started out quite funny, one wrong wheel placement on the ice and you were gone. Deffo the most falls I've had! Also meant for some very slow descending from me. I'm not fast at the best of times but the ice added a whole new dimension! Good to be out though, thanks Tony for leading and Al, Niamh and Rory for the company!

Yep, that was something else heading up the frozen river bed to fairy castle, and also the top of fairy castle, lethal but fun! Great to get out though, first spin of the new year for me. Thanks guys for coming and thanks Al for hosting.

I was sure I would be going home last night before the spin started when my light wouldn't turn on. The battery was fullt charged, so it must defective. Only lasted about 80 charges which isn't good.
I contacted Hope and they have asked me to return the battery.

Anyways Sarah came to the rescue with her backup light which did the trick for me.

That was annoying but funny slipping on the ice and listening to Sarah scream every time she slipped. Lol.

It was crisp but dry and not too cold.

Good to see Rory again.
