Friday 18th Spin: Cloon wood car park @9.30am

Meeting Murpho tomorrow for a spinaroo from Cloon over to Crone and back, taking in some of the best trails along the way...

Thanks to Oz and Murph for coming out today, lovely and sunny out... All the best trails around Crone too which are drying out great!

Stop for coffee n chats in Crone at the coffee van, just under 2hrs30 and almost 1000m climbing..... Bumped into the remnants of the Worc pain train too....
