Meet at Enniskery Car park, on bikes for 9.30am.
Pace: Steady

Route: Up the road climb to Crone, over to Djouce woods, around Sugarloaf, up Lovers leap and back

35km just over 1000m of climbing.

Thanks for leading the spin Graham, and thanks to Terry for making sure it all stayed together at the back. Twas a steady enough pace from from the go, my legs were banjaxed from the beginning but was happy to try hang on. I think it's time for a new pair of shoes after my hike a bike experience, I might aswell of been wearing flip flops for that last climb. Rory and I finished out the spin with with some lovely food in Poppies. Thanks all..

Thanks to Graham for leading us around,was great to be back on a club spin,it's been years!!! Great sunny,warm weather,super dry trails and a fantastic group of riders to be cycling along with.Some of the climbs were a killer,the decents were fast and I really enjoyed it.I'm bunched now!!
