Was running late but caught up with everyone on the trails... Had to get out, was getting sick of Zwift! Extra Paracetomol for me now!

Great spin lads and ladies, trails in leadmines are class! Delighted to nail the gully again, starting to love that trail, took a while! Skipped off early with Dave and Ben, testing and comparing max heart rates up by foxes and Gap.
Best news of the day for me though was the resurrection of Dreamtrack! Couldn't believe it, great job has been done getting it going again, it's certainly different to before, bit more trail centrey with flowy berms and a lack of gap jumps, but hey what a way to finish! Should have come with me Ben, better than descending Kilmashouge!

Fantastic to be out on a spin in the sun. I got in a bit of everything. Quick spin out the road plus a few trails before latching onto the spin (great to see so many out) and then back to ticknock for a spin with Tara and Evan. Wrecked by the end of it but sooo happy .
