Hmmm, bet it’s still an xc spin. you can take us down enduro trails but we’ll just cycle back up the hills fast to get more trails in…

You're right there. After sitting down for a minute I find myself stuck to the seat because I can't walk after today's spin… be grand after a night's sleep.

Class spin. Got in lot and lots of Djouce. Chilled pace, good chats and even better banter all orchestrated by Erica ‘did I mention that I ‘just’ had a baby’ G.

Magic! The big guns came out and turned my chilled spin into a proper Sunday spin. I love how Dave thinks it was a chilled pace, and my legs were screaming, I was slow up the climbs cause I just had a baby ha ha ha. Ronan wasn't leaving that mountain until he went down stage 5, so a mini hike a bike, and off we went down stage 5, until Ben couldn't stop at a fallen tree and went splat! Hope you and the bike are ok! Nice coffee in the van after, when it started to pour rain. Fair play to Dave for cycling home in that, he definitely didn't get a lift, cause that would be a total shamer, and he would have had to sit in the car with his cax around his ankles, but that so didn't happen.
