Absolutely knackered after that spin. Great morning on the bikes and a good crew. Erica tried to kill us, making us go up the switchbacks 3 times but I guess you gotta go up to come down. Steady up and then smashing it on the downs. I had a spill and I’d say my left hip and shoulder are gonna be a nice shade of purple for a week or so. Brian Webber had to ditch early unfortunately due to a hurty hand. Hope it’s ok Brian. Thanks Erica for leading. Crone, what a place!

Thanks Erica for leading a great spin. There really are some lovely trails in Crone. Weather was perfect- trails lovely and dry. Unfortunately the switchback climb just doesn't get any easier no matter how many times Erica made us do it! Good crew out. Thanks all. Hope the wrist is ok Brian.

Deadly spin, trails were bone dry and super fast. Myself, Rory, Brian, iomair, and his 2 buddies, and a new Emmet, had to replace our Emmet because he was off being an xc ninja! We lost Brian early on to a nasty spill, hope you're ok? Then Donal took a hard knock, followed by iomair. Hope the bumps and bruises aren't too bad. Sun didn't come out like yesterday, but that didn't matter, epic spin, followed by the lads pushing a car out of a ditch while I relaxed sipping on my latte

Just finished off that brownie, think I need to do that climb 10 times to burn it off, a slab of buttery sugary goodness!
