Hush Sat 6th 9am

Ride the best Hush has to offer.
It looks nice tomorrow so the carpark will fill up early hence the 9am. Meet at 9 not on the pedals for 9
Meeting at lower carpark unless it's full, in which case just head up through the barrier to the upper car park.
Social spin, slow up, fast down.

Great spin today with Gareth, Rory, Niamh and Sarah. Hot dusty trails, hush always delivers. 23 odd km and 1000m we got most of the trails in. Gareth is so fit these days he was still talking even up the steepest climbs.
Niamh needed more, she was still doing sprints up the hills at the end :)
Finished off with Sarah's home made flapjacks, yum yum
