With the triller 2 weeks away I'm heading up to cooleys to do a spin around some of the trails used in previous years not a full loop about 30k 3 hours riding, out about 4 max, not at race pace have to save the body for the day

Some spin lads, thanks Terry for showing an abridged version of what's ahead for the xc race! Legs like jelly. Weather was unreal, too hot in fact, but nice and dry in most parts. Stunning views everywhere.
