you need to talk to Al.. and Sundays race, while it is the Nationals in my head..it is actually the final round of the XC NPS..you will need a one day licence , which is €15, you get that from the nice man on Sunday..

that was excellent today - sorry had to leg it after the first lap! Have friends up for the Springsteen gig.

Thanks Jack for helping me through the rough stuff, managed to actually stay outta the granny ring for most of the cycle - towards the end that climb before the last 2 descents is a killer, brilliant.

Yep good spin, enjoyed Bench thingy (what is it again) love that kinda stuff, only fell behind towards the very end for a change and didn't crash once (almost though lol)

Come on Gaz, you should be racing! Why not Sports or the one lap event? And as a man from Llangollen, you will be expected at the DH Champs next week...

I'm heading to springsteen tomorrow so that doesn't help matters, next week is on the cards, looking forward to it. Haven't been to a DH race in a good few years.

Don't forget they're insisting on pre-registration, check the IrishDH.com site, the form probably won't work but just email them your details as instructed, pretty simple. Should be a good race.
