Tuesday DH Spin 7:20 @ blue light

need a dh warm down after the weekend :).

I suppose I better keep the DH buzz going or ill fall into oblivion for a few month again!!!

Just back from three rock and the dream tracks riding good so I'll head back up at 7. Had to go home early cause my cousin decided to dislocate his knee. Not bad for his 2nd day on a dh bike.

Greg ur some man for one man. Fun spin tonight plenty of air miles where collected. Nothing too serious but nice to have a blast after work.

yup yup was great craic. Its always nice to hit jumps that scare the poop out of you once in a while. Also I think someone is going to have to have a word with Greg as its ridiculous how quick he's going......and lets not forget poor gav crashing and trying to steal my legendary crash status from sunday. itll only work if theres people around to watch you

haha its a pity nobody was a round to see it id say it looked deadly,my poor ribs took the brunt there all black and blue.
