After the mud and schlomp of Sunday I aint affraid of nothing!! Have to meet a chap in UCD at 7.30 who broke down this morning I tried to put him off till 9 but he was having none of it!!!

I got there early and did a loop of xtc , bulldog, Fartknocker and up stairway to heaven ( the climb with the jump in the middle)
then I went back and met the lads and told them that it was actually wetter than last week.
so me, Al the parrot, Alfie, Chris,Brendan,Adam,luke the handsome did the same loop to start with , met John Doris and away we went..down benchcut, son of benchcut..adam showed the lads how to do a cartwheel..
then we went across the river and up the earls drive, down the foxglove climb..
up the red road, the feckin parrot just wouldn't shout up " bestdescentbestdescentbestdescentbestdescent bestdescentbestdescent !!!" and I brought the lads up the royal canal and then on to the best descent..classic stuff..never seen it so feckin slidery..
back up the earls drive, over to toro and onto gwangi, down fartknocker way too fast for comfort !!
then back up stairway to heaven..oh my god anybopdy who rode up the jump is ready for the next step in the Richie Byrne "get back on your bike you queer " training program !!
then we went up the fireroad and back down benchcut and son of benchcut..back up ..then up xtc...jaysus I'm buzzing off me head..I'm so lucky I was blessed with Pikey jeans, another man would be not as good !!!

I hope the blisters subside on the hands of the stomach pullers who didn't come out tonight before the weekend...because i'm in a UFC kind of mood !!
