7.00 at palmers for a blast around the leadmines..I am heading down to Wicklow to speak with the man who owns Scarr and most of the land between Laragh and Annamoe..he has a deadly field that we could use for the first ever EPIC Cyclcross race..we've put in for the 2010 CX champs..

up Ballinastoe on the fireroad and down The Blast course..CX bikes only though..penalties for dabbing..penalties include 1 shot of lidl Vodtka and a kick up the arse from Alfie..
