Well Richard I'll be going on a 'very very fainthearted' spin around ballinagoober. The missus is coming out on the bike for the first time in a year so I imagine we'll be going at a snails pace!!

well..i hadn't seen any since 1970 something and picked up 2 bottles of it in Sainsburys..it was the tipple of Choice for the french Foreign legion and it was my companion on one of my first ever alcoholic day trips..I got locked on it in the Glenmalure lodge about 1978..just throw some red lemonade in to it and we're off..

great spin..loads of tarmac but plenty of excellent singletrack and open mountain to keep us amused..great group of guys too..i'm bollixed though..say no to drink kiddies and stay away from other distractions !!
