Eh, didn't quite make it!!! Went to Kindlestown instead, except I didn't as when I got there I realised I'd forgotten my front wheel!!! Went home again and then finally got up to Three Rock. If anyone is heading up there just to let you know that the bottom loop of Mad's XC Nps course has been hit by the logging and is a bit of a mess...
