7.00 Djouce lower , the forecast is poor so it'll be in the trees for the night. once again if you are keen, come along on an XC bike, while these spins are fast, theres no reason why a good rider can't keep up with us on an XC bike.
They are not training sessions, just fast paced spins. Don't be put off by propaganda to the contrary.

great spin guys...no killer budgies or naked go-go dancers but loads of slidery roots and a few full body dabs..it was all going great until I seperated from loser force five to go up Pointdexter (formerly XTC), the lung pox over took me and I had to struggle up the last tiny bit as I refused to get out of the he man gear!!
oh yeah, we got ourselves a new savage in Illandai..about furkin time too! and Rudolf was out on a rocket powered Giant Pointdexter ( formerly XTC) freakin deadly craic, missed Terry though..is Tuesday night Enterprise Network Night at Bingo or something..

Yea, great spin. Was kind of nice to be on slippery roots again after the dry spell. Was hanging in grand untill second time down Benchcut, started getting abit tired and hunger and doing stupid things.. Next time I might even remember to put some water in my bottle!
