Savage pace from the "get-go" - I think Richie's back on the drugs again!! First 30 minutes were really cruel - and it didn't get much easier from there! Great crowd - Gerry Mac showed up and proved he's as fast as ever! I guess nobody ever said it would be easy ......

Lugash was still full of that fermented cabbage liquor that he is so fond of. He even cycled up he was afraid of Mr Gardaman with the breathalyser.
Some wind out but hey...off we went up past the Blue light and The MAD lads.Up and on to the old MAD circuit finish and into the first bit of singletrack, known as Bumboy ..down Bumboy and across to where it joins knobjockey and onto the finish of Aggro..across Blue Light lower and on to Ticknock where we scooted along Flangemonster and down RomperSclomper aka leafy death slippy land back across and up Hoiker into Ticknock again..
from there we went up towards Toms and back up the hard******* climb to the middle of the boneshaker..everybody including Damo was looking sharp and steroidal!! so we headed up towards Fairy Castle but turned left at Mountain mentals car park and to the top of sattelite run..down on to arsebandit and across to gickstabber and down all the way to where Victor decided to have a dirty protest !!!
then we had a big party while we waited for Garmin to tell me where to go
then for the craic Killian whipped out his 1980's pump , it had a connector on it and everything, i thought i was having a flashback
anyway off we went again and had a little short run down trouserpilot and back up the hill under the barrier where Niall Davis was busy Coning a couple of clients..
nasty..
