Saturday 14th road spin

Road spin Saturday 14th meeting at the car park at the rear of the Maldron Hotel (the new hotel in Tallaght, opposite the new football stadium and the old Cyclesuperstore bike shop) at 9:30. Check out link below for route, this route is 100K but has a lot of places where it can be made shorter if weather turns bad or people want to cut it short. The pace will be slow and steady. Even if you have no intention of ever racing on the road next year, these spins are great for getting winter mileage in. The route is grand and steady with no savage climbs, best thing to be doing this time of year.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I might give this a go, road is actually very good for the downhill training or so I can keep telling myself.
