Down XTC,up to top car pk,dry lake,trails back to bench cut and son of bench cut down to river up,up,up,up to best decent and then down up down up down you know the story!!!!

Yep - I'm dragging a very good Enduro rider out for his first Epic Spin! I suspect he'll be quick on the descents but might struggle a little bit on the climbs (a bit like Johnny Fallopian was last year!) - so the pace at the back will be steady. So if you fancy a reasonably paced Sunday Spin come along!!

Well Phillip is usually the one under the bike, and Robin is the Dad that is running around picking the bike up. My Dad and Phillip used to be fairly competitive at the aul enduros.
has Tolan not been at that a while now? I remember seeing him on a xc bike in threerock a few years ago. He probably has some really fancy bike I'd say... He's good on any kind of a bike though, used to do trials aswell.
