That was a deadly little spin..unfortuntely due to the rivers of ICE on 3 rock it ws impossible to get anywhere. So we did a convoluted spin around the place..some serious full body dabs and some savage climbing up descents !
Only me , Alfie,Adamski,Oz,Phil,Brendan and Miquel ventured out..we met John and Ray several times..

You learn new skills on every Epic Spin.... todays lesson was Ice. Just go with the flow, never blink or youll pay a heavy price! Fair play to all that ventured round today, no easy task but deadly craic. Spartacus was enjoyable, rock n rolla-going both ways is always a treat and just about all the forrest sections were rideable. Some funny crashes out there today, especially when i wiped out Alfie. Two of us tinkering our way up a section ice when i said to Alf, "Make sure you engage two wheel drive"- Whammy!!! My front wheel slipped out, clipped Alfies back wheel and left the hunt in a pickle on the ground. Funny sh*t!
Yea, there was some serious ice up there alright, lots of full body dabs, especially from Ray who was using clipless pedals for the first time! I think he'll be cursing me for a long time for bringing him up there in the ice for his first time on them. Great fun all the same despite the conditons.
some classic crashes alright,having looked like we were going to have to abort half way up three rock it turned out to be a class spin.definitly the slowest ive ever gone down the boneshaker!at one stage i was on my back on the ice doing 360s (who knew i could breakdance!) funny sh*t.finishing down the rocky track to the blue light was deadly at full tilt.

jealous as hell as smothered with bug after multiple full body dabs on way home from pub last couple of nights!
mad to get back out with all of you,i won't be around till after the new year so have fun on the bikes.
