i'm heading out on my post Christmas warm up spin, leaving Palmers at 10 for a good paced spin around the leadmines.

Well it was good to get out and spin the legs. Shona and John joined me for a quick loop of the club course, the boxing ring then the club course again. But the fire roads were like an ice rink.

it was cold in parts but back just before the rain.

yeah I missed you apparently, met Tarja coaching a family !! Crazy feckin people !! the fireroads were sneaky but in the singletrack was bone dry..

i know the fire roads were harder to ride then any of the single track.
