Wednesday 30/12/09 Djouce XC training spin 10.00am

Like it says on the tin..steady, non stop 2 to 3 hours. The weather is to remain sh*t so we'll have a look tomorrow and make it up as I go along.

Up there today for spin .Any north facing fireroads lethal sheet ice covered with water.All tree covered trails ok but dont trust anything.

See ye in the morning. ill bring that stem along for ya aswell.

well, all I can say is fair play to Adamski,Lukeski,Jacksi, DaveK and DaveL...that was probably the fastest loop of Djouce ever..
All the singletracks non stop in just over an hour in atrocious conditions and whatever you call the ice with rivers running over it !
I miss Smithers though..!! you could have gotten rained out of it here!!

yeah that was a deadly fast wet spin. you wouldn't want to go any slower in that weather.

That was an experiance..... crap weather but the pace was something else !! couldn't believe it was only 11:15 when we got back to the car park, some serious ground covered. did about 50% of the spin on my own at the back though .

well done Dave, you will get quicker..its just a shock to the system when we don't stop..you will get used to it.
