Nice one Harri, a few of you were asking me about a spin on Sat but as i'm away in Bree for the DH, this is the one to go on, you'll have a ball.

I've been dying with a nasty cold since Wednesday so I'm off the bike until next week, are you planning a craic spin on Tuesday guys?

Perhaps McSniffles. Perhaps. but actually, I'd say - yeah certainly.

relax, I'm useless at the moment and he's been off the bike for couple of months so we will be quiet and slow. I'm not fit for any of the XC spins at the moment..

Probably got the sniffles from face planting yourself all the way down the boneshaker last week ye mad yoke lol!!!

I have a good plan for next Tuesday so bring some Knee and elbow pads, it will be fun.

I hope I can make this spin. I haven't been out on the bike in ages and I'm really looking forward to it.

I haven't been to Kindlestown before. If I follow the Coillte Forest Carpark map, is that where you meet?

Kindlestown is a swampy hell hole, I rode over a rock the other day that turned out to be a rider who had sunk, only his lid was sticking out of the mud. You lads should make tracks for the Sugerloaf, now that would be an adventure.

I was thinking of that myself Donk..i'm going to head to Djouce, if its ****..i'm going across the Commons and over to the Loaf as we call it and ride back over..it'll be the schizzle !!
