Feck, good job I checked this it would have been a lonely spin in Djouce hahaha!! My heads all over the kip, I miss the beer!!!

18 hardy souls headed out up 3 rock via the Blues light..steady.up this singletrack across another all the way up to the masts, where we lost Alfie , then found him..then we hit up the WW track off Kilmashogue. all the way down the Wocca wocas, tibradden in the sun..across up the road ..up cruagh..well as far as we could get before the huge snowdrifts stopped us..so back down the smelliest swamp in Ireland..
some craci with the over the bars on Alfie !
on to MM new lovely trail..wow..its the fastest but of uphill ever.
Down more ice and snow across and up Tibradden.
It was at this stage that I began to realise that we had broken some people.
However, off we went, hearts and minds on fire with the fear of being left behind and forgotten about.
Back up fairy..across to 2 rock and more hilarity as the broken people started to crash repeatedly.
long that rocky track to sattellite run, down this..down some other bit..and another bit I can't remember the name of..down spartacus..across down the old tree trunk of doom track,

Darragh Smith is certifiable, McNipples gets cranky when he is broken. Alfie gets racist when hes tired. LUke had what can only be described as half-a-chap..he ripped his shorts exposing a palm sized patch of Arse with a cut in it.
Everybody was deadly, but the man of the match had to be Killian..never relented all day..
As for Miguel..he was the victim of that cruelest of mtb experiences ..when you've burst a gut to get to the top..the bad men are leaving !!
Holy **** though, conditions everywhere are shocking, but the mountains are completely full of walkers!!

I was out for 4.5 hours.

Bloody hell ...... 4.5hours and 48kms ..... at my age!!! As Killian said to me on the way back down to Lamb Doyles ... "Well we got our moneys worth!". We certainly did! I nearly cried when we got back up to 3-Rock and I realised that we weren't going straight home but the evil ****er Byrne still had more in store! Have to say it was worth it though - Fergals new trail is great! Thanks guys!
Really enjoyed that spin, I have to say there wasn't that much waiting either for that amount of people on a spin!!! The crashes were deadly, I don't think anybody escaped a full body dab today. So nice to have the sun come out and play. I'm very tired now just had a massive lunch, I feel a quick nap coming on. Fair play to all who did that today it was savage.
thats not a new trail of Fergals..its an old DH trail, that James McCluskey may have built with Kamikaze and others have fiddled with over the years.I'm not 100% sure though!Fair play to you Rich, as Smithers said, very little waiting, The Daves ( Alfie cant remember anybodies name except Dave!!) so hes calling Dave, Steve and Rob 'The Daves' !
I had a great crash coming out of the river at Cruagh..I thought I was deadly riding along the off camber slippy grass, till a Sniper got me..it was the slowest gayest crash I ever had !!
