Gaz, is that Kindlestown near Delgany?

yes it is!! are you actually going to make a comeback?

The Kindlestown loop is fine, few puddles here and there but dry enough overall. On the GOTD side, everything is rideable and even the big lake at the end of the tunnel is not too deep. The wettest part was the ride back from the ruins to the gate, that's were most of the rain water seems to find it's way out of the forest.

Byrner, I am trying to get back out there. Was at the beginners' spin recently and the grins came flooding back. Tricky getting home to WW town from Dublin and then back to the spins for 7 during the week. Will try make tonight and am waiting for Gaz to post Saturday's spin. Djouce and B'stoe r handy 'cause I can get dropped off and cycle back home as I did for the beginners spin - all downhill. Very unfit so still a long way to go.
Have you ridden Carrick at Glenealy? That would be a handy spin for me at night.

how badly duped were we by Max's advice of nice dry trails. 4 bodies started out, 3 finished. place was full of deadly deep puddles and running with schlomp. great craic though. cheers again Gaz. and we must be completely nuts - raining was driving down the whole time.

Thanks Gary! Yeah, cats and dogs it was with mist making it very difficult to see, and some schlomp fest too! now time for beer and food!
