I'm feeling pretty feckin superhuman these days so I have to get these things out of my system or I will sink through the earths crust !!
Not for the fainthearted obviously, going from my house to Kilmashogue and down the Wicklow way ! you can meet me somewhere along the route if you want, i'm not a fan of answering my phone on spins though!

well i got home about 3.15..
92km later..couldn't feel my hands from Laragh..never realised it was climb all the way from Laragh to Roundwood..nearly froze to death whizzing down the Long hill..
I would have done it a lot quicker only certain students had fitness issues..
I abandoned Hughie at Glencullen and Rory made a strategic detour at Roundwood.
Amazing trails not a cloud in the sky.
I managed to drink a whole bottle of Lucade all day !!
Deadly..
However Bray to Pottery Road was not pleasant..I was aiming for Kilmac..thinking " Nearly home now!!" I ever stopped really just took few photos and went steady on the climbs .
Big ringed it all the way home from Laragh.
Its very satisfying way to spend a sunny crispy Monday in March.
Recommended.
