Saturday 27th pre race spin

Hello,
As I can't make Richie's thursday handy spin of the leadmines, I'll be doing a couple of handy laps of the club course on saturday morning.

I'm not a qualified spin leader, this is not an official epic spin, but if any of the usual folk want to join in to spin the legs, I'll be glad of the company.

Well that was a fun one,
Max couldn't make it due to bike trouble, so just Shona, steve m and myself did a couple of hours in wet enough ground in bright sunshine. Bumped into Niall Davis teaching folk how to be deadly, and we didn't meet anyone doing sneaky training at all . . like Alfie . .
Managed to headbutt a tree descending barney's ! helmet saved me though.
Roll on tomorrow . . . :)
