Recently we did an hour of power in Djouce.
This Friday 9.00am, savages only.. your eyes will bleed and your testicilees will swell.

nice one...just me, my number 1 rider Alfie Wallace and Jack..we did an hour in the red zone, dialled up to 13..in some of the worst weather known to man..
don't come whinging to me when Alfie canes you all again and Jack tramples your remains !!
I met a tearful Paul Mahon crying in the car park , giving out about Enduro limping around the start of last Weekends Ultra Race then ripping everybody to shreds to win !
then we saw some lads in runner and baggy cotton tracksuit bottoms heading in for a spin! Fair play to jack..he didn't need to revived even once !
great spin..its amazing the ground you can cover in under an hour in Djouce with the right bollox cracking the whip!!

Now off you go to the "Stations of the Cross"!!

no.. but Carol and Shona have gone off for a spin while all you losers are sitting at your desks playing Solitaire and waiting for Don to entertain you !!
the state of you , go on, get stuck in to another Blueberry Muffin and a mocha frappa latte with cream on the top !!

a savage spin, it was only once we started that the weather turn bad. very happy i stayed in touch with the lads. spins like that make you in to the savgages that Richie and Alfie are, no one to hide behind just have to keep pedeling...

I was planning on going out for a spin later but maybe I'll ..... ....instead!

yep Carol and i just finished a nice quick couple of laps around the club course, it's not too bad once you get going as always!!!
needed my last biking fix before i head off tomorrow. i love biking but i really love sports climbing too.... yeeehaa!!!
