Yep sorry Guys, broken again, had to go to Waterford yesterday to have my finger put into place properly, they hadn't done it correctly in the hospital on sat, my finger was locked solid. Had to go through all of that puling and twisting again but now i'm glad to report that i can move the finger again and it's just a bit swollen, have to see the specialist tomorrow so fingers crossed i won't be out for too long.

Normal service has been resumed on Tuesdays. Back to the usual mix of steady on the ups and having the craic on the way down. Bit of a tour of 3 rock although we cut it a bit short cause of the weather. Fergal cheers for the deadly trails think we all owe you a pint. That new one along side of the the boneshaker is deadly. A pint and some more craic in the blue light after.

that's "The Schizzle" that one, I was reading my new trail building book on the way over Canada and am all armed with new ideas on how to make the existing stuff up there better, it's a great book - has some great tips on chainsaw action too - RRMMMMM RRRRMMMMMM!!! there's a few fallen trees up there that are gonna get it when I get back!!!
