Sunday 6.6.10 Djouce for 12.00

I'm not going to Killaloe due to many reasons..all of them good..
so i'm going to Djouce for 12.00 for a lap of the Nationals track..
so join me if you dare..
but Tuesday savages only..nobody else..

Well ...... feck ya ....... I thought you said you were going to take a day off! Now with a tempting alternative it's going to be even harder to motivate myself to head for Limerick in the morning!!

Adamski is making me go..and besides I have a few things in Djouce to look at !! I'm sort of obsessive about the trail for the Nationals!! and i'm going to lie in bed till 10.00am..sure thats half the day gone !! sorry Rich!!

Sorry I missed it away and missed all last weeks spins due to work.knda good. Did 60k yesterday on the road bike yesterday as the roc is coming fast. Wondering too should we do a few pre rock sessions circa40k all off road to be good and ready for France?
