Smithers is doing some needlepoint and Dave M has sand in his youknowhat !!!

I am coming along, although i haven't done this route before and was hoping to follow the boys at 6.20

That won't help you Max, I saw Colm Mullen training last night and he was putting out 1,000 watts on his Garmin at an elevation of 200 meters in a South Westerly breeze !!

well being of the bike didn't affect me to bad on Sunday as I was in the top ten when I went out on the end of lap 3, havent even been close to top ten in any other race. I also didnt do club race last week you nerd!!!

that reminds me !! no I won't be chainsawing tomorrow !!
