Big bike spin, if you don't have one don't worry, you just wont have as much fun:)

Lamb's for 10am sharp, Tuesday route but we will be turning right instead of left to ravens rock, over prince willies out towards the feather beds and back to tibradden!

No Club gear please.

Ah no, mountain biking always comes first !!! but the jumps are great craic, stopping off for a bit on the way home from work tonight....

I went accross an off camber timber bridge over that way on my first epic spin about 2 years ago. Haven't been able to find it since, are we heading that way?

I dont hink theres any bridge, you could be talking about KDM i think it was called up in 3 rock which is now gone.
