Tuesday 20th Lambe Doyles 6.30

the XC NPS is over and the Nationals are over ..we could take our foot off the gas if we want but theres still a couple of events left.
Including the remainder of the Club league and the Marathon nationals in September..
Tuesdays will remain as long spins and Sundays long adventure spins on our Freeride bikes.

I'll be there. Is Lambes Cross same as the car park of Lamb Doyles or is it the Junction with the Gala shop?

I'll be there, once I can patch up the bike a bit. And, by the way, I won a bottle of Stan's tire sealant last Sunday.

I'll be there,and I too won a bottle of Stans sealant on Sunday (only cause Kevin could'nt quiet catch it!! LOL).Oh and a women said I was very polite,winner all round!!

yes..while this will not be a bleeding from the eyes spin, it will be non stop and very very quiet !!

ok that was bleedin deadly..very slippy..yes 3 Rock is a Kip ...but we had the craic..We lost Micky,Andy, Kevin and Dman somewhere near Romper Bumslapper apparently..then Me, Smivvers, Adam, ChrisM, Max and Oz roamed non stop all over the place !! everywhere was shockingly wet, especially that bit after Sattellite run !
Max flung him self off the bike a few times..Smivvers did a Doris impression all night and we all got filthy.
My apologies for abandoning you 4 boys..but keep coming and try to keep up, i can only assume there was a mechanical somewhere !
as for the rest of you lazy flute fiddlers..there is still the Marathon Champs to dominate..
this won't happen from the comfort of the Sofas..

hello.. I just checked the club Body Mass Index and its off the scale !! FFS !! you've all put on at least 10 Lbs by not coming out tonight !!
