Cool, we're getting a tour of Three Rock courtesy of Dave.

I'm really looking forward to this, apparently there's some great new trails up here.

Meeting at Lambe Doyles, here. Pedalling at 7:20 prompt.

Three Rock is tougher then people think. So bikes and riders in good order please.

Its on like donkey kong.

Not going to be back in time. Looking forward to getting back to the AM spin. I´ve a few pounds to shift before Rostrevor :-)

Cheers Cathal for setting this up and thanks Dave for guiding us around. I had a bit of a nightmare but sure only way to get better is to ride stuff your not good at.

Yeah that was a great evenings trail riding.

Huge thanks to Dave for stringing such a class loop together.

Once the hard road climb was over it was just one bit of lovely singletrack after another. A couple of climbs here and there but nothing too nasty.

Daragh and Derek were on fire, riding really well through all the rough stuff.

Niall realised that All Mountain means Full Suspension. Hope you enjoyed it anyway.

Andy and Colm were having a tough night. That happens. They saw it through to the end which is the important bit.

Lots of trails I'd either never seen before or had only ridin at night. Going to have to get up there again soon while I still remember which way to go.
