Tuesday 3rd August 6.30 DH for XCers

Me and the Alfie lad are going to Cloon for a bit of DH practice..from 6.30 on !!

Well, that was some craic! My practice ended prematurely when I fcuked up the second run off the box jump on Colin's track and badly bruised my thigh, ripped my shorts and bent my phone which is now known as banana phone. I'm quite sore now but the strange thing is I'm dying to get back there and do it again! I must be mental...
Anyway, the Devil himself was taking photos so be afraid, you might not be ready for those disturbing images!

Well there are many of course but the equivalent of micky would be 'wacek' pronounced vacek with c like in center.
