great spin over djouce and down. That descent is great. An other guy with us, Joules, showed us this forgotten trail in djouce. It would be great if it was opened up again. timber bridge and all. From the look of it it's a long time since it was ridden. Robin Seymour brought some famous guy down it for a magazine feature about 2 years ago.

I was feeling a bit lazy and self-indulgent (hung-over!!) this morning so I decided to go for a spin around Ballinastoe!! Haven't been up there for yonks and I'd forgotten how much fun it is. Did two laps and really enjoyed it. Really rough in places now but that makes it a bit more interesting - definately not for beginners anymore though!

we did a bit of that ourselves.

i did a lonely spin over djouce and up to maulin, down into ticknock car park, back up the switch backs and over to djouce again

The 2nd Singletrack downhill bit is the best part of the whole course, just wish they would remove some of the big rocks/roots cos they cause you to slow down a bit, kinda ruins it...
