58kms for me and 5800 Calories according to Garmin !! some craic for a creasing session ! I was fooked going up Maulin..with the cramping legs..that 3 hours on the roadbike yesterday did me no favours I can tell you !!..great bunch of people..
We had to abandon the Culchie early on..
Lads, ladies, etc..if you are not riding your bike Tuesdays and thursdays then theres no kidding yourselves about you eligibility for these spins..you're not..sorry but thats the way it is !

that crash really knocked the wind out of me, Brendan said i sounded like i was calving, i felt like it. the leg is sore but Ill be back.

Those carbon bars are so strong as my stem is buckled but the bars are fine.
anyone got a nice ritchy stem for sale?

That was a good short spin for me with some trail exploration a.k.a trespassing included. That fireroad does not go anywhere except some private lands!
I had to jump stone walls and crawl through bushes while avoiding bullets and hunting dogs, reminded me of my journey to Ireland...
