hahahahahaha...what a deadly spin. Great enormous crowd out, well done to Harri and Skyline for keeping going, while it wasn't the fastest pace in the world, it was lengthy and non stop.
great to have two of my Team mates from Focus Ireland out as well ! Ray is still the best looking man in Irish Mountainbiking ,even after his disfigurement from the ROC..
I had a little crash myself , but that only stopped me for a minute or two..
Great loop and RichardL is going savage well, nice one Rich..
And hats off to Jason , now you see why we have some deadly riders in EPIC !!!
I'm putting off getting in to the shower !! I'd say you'll be able to hear the screams in Cork !!
oh yeah , don't forget about the Squirrel that ran down my leg and under Enduros wheel !! that was some f*cked up sh*t right there !! Harri will be traumatised forever !!
Another great Sunday Spin! Really nice to get out on a dry day - makes you realise that you're not quite as ****e as you thought you were! Sometimes I find wet, night-time spins a bit demoralising! Great crew out today. As Richie says it's nice to see Ray and Paul Hicks out - Paul may not be as fit as he once was (he'll be back!) but Jeysus he can ride a bike!
Missed Richie's off (too far behind!) but I believe it was a real humdinger!!
jesus i felt like a tramp in the car park,it was like xmass day with all the new bikes and fancy gear on show!!
what a spin,cant beat three rock when its dry like that great group out hard to keep such large number of riders together but richie makes it look easy(apart from when he was staggering round like a drunk after he fell off the fancy new bike of his,highlighting the fact that its not the bike its the rider!!)

That was class, like being in a episode of crash for me, first it was Jason right in front of me trying to move a few boulders with his head/body, then Richie behind me, heard a loud metalic bang looked behind a see him skidding down the track on his side. All that and it was bone dry ! the last bit on the road was even good. thanks lads.
well its ok, nothing fell off after i cleaned the mud off my wounds in the shower !! holy jeebus though , the freckles are getting patchy from the scars !!
