Saturday 13th November Short sharp spin 9.30 Lambe Doyles Pub

I'm going to the Cyclocross race at 12.00 in Corkagh, so I'll have to feck off at 11.00 !! that gives us an hour and a half of PoW !! on 3 Rock..usual Saturday Spinners welcome..
All the ladies please and any junior riders we have !!

yes Barbara..we leave at 9.30 at lamb doyles Pub and I changed that Smithers..thank you !!

I'll be there looking forward to it.. might be lucky and get my impacted wisdom tooth knocked out on the spin : ) Saturday it is.

tomorrows spin is a handy one, I will have several guests..however , if you think you were in EPIC and did nothing for the XC Nationals or the Blast, well then you can just fcuk off cant you !!
I can't do many Saturdays due to work, so you shouldn't miss this !!
I have a brilliant memory and like I say , if you think you are a member and did nothing for the Nationals or the Blast then consider yourself not in EPIC !
