Good news is that I'm staying in a small town that has excellent mountain biking so i get a full sat & sun to mountain bike over there.
No family or kids to hold me back!!! Yepeee!

sorry staying down in wexford Sat night unfortunately. Tried to get out of it but she who is to be obeyed would have none of it. What is on in Laragh on Sat?

Didn't make the spin after all, I think the AGM must have drained my enegry levels! Looks like a perfect day for cycling so I might hit the road instead today....
I'm completely ****ed! I'm some gob****e .... all of a sudden I'm so fit that I can cycle from home to Djouce, do a Savage Spin and then cycle home .... not!! Great crowd, great day and Djouce - it doesn't get any better! Richie led us on a fantastic route and everything was surprisingly rideable, except Disco Stu which was hilarious! Thanks everybody.
Great spin, it was tuff at times, mainly the up hill bits. Feels great when you survive a spin like that. second time over toro was a bit loose with the tired mistakes creeping in...thanks for that coach.
