If you have MTB lights I would suggest bringing them ... very dark at Kindlestown and coming down into Bray last week!

well myself and the ladies got as far as Winegates before John Doris overtook us with his train.
Fair play to the girls,they're getting faster and the Mtb lights made all the difference coming down from Kindlestown and from Kilruddery.
Nice to see people from other Clubs joining in as well ! I saw Ray and i think OwenC. And Terry Ponytail as well.

Nice warm night and a good spin, bit unlucky for me since I got caught braking a red light by a cranky garda and given a court summons (well, he just said I would get one). Hopefully they won't be arsed dragging myself and the guard to court...

Tired tonight for some reason! Good crowd out and a nice night too. Pace is picking up too!

Next week I'm giving the ladysitting job to Jack..
then you'll see pace.

I think if we kept the speed constant with rotation on the front the pace would be better, it's still all over the place.

Max, I had a similar thing happen to me a few years ago.. You more than lightly will have to go to court but... The cop hardly ever turns up !! So you won't have to pay the fine if that happens, a real pain though !

I was impressed with the ladies getting so far before we caught them, you must have been going at some pace as we were not hanging around at all.

The pace on the N11 from the Dargle exit up past the Southern Cross exit was savage! Skippy and Stew were up front and pushing it and there was a grim silence as everybody dug in. Funny thing was nobody got dropped - myself and Terry Ryan were at the back hanging on by our fingertips! Very satisfying in a sick sort of way!!

Funny I found that stretch nearly the hardest of all the climbs last night, I didnt feel it last week as bad as I did this week, maybe as you said the pace was savage. Thanks to Stu for the push and willing me up the long climb from greystones I had the Morty face on me.

I'm going to get murdered at this years club league by all you new roadie scum...

me and Shane towed them as far as Kilmac, then I sent him home because he was after coming with me from work and i didn't want to kill the kid on his first EPIC spin !
So after that me and Orla did the work..
Coming up out of Greystones Carol lost her front light and that delayed us but I sent the other two girls to the top of Winegates and waited for Carol.
I didn't know till I got home that Carols rear brake was rubbing and killing her !!
But Caroline is after making a huge leap in strength, shes after coming on something savage in the last couple of weeks.
So fair play to her. She must have her own Coach !!
another couple of ladies and we'll have a savage team of them come NPS time.
So lads, encourage them.
