The new improved route to Killiney is much better, harder, vomit inducing but way better.

Greg was delayed having been nabbed by the Cops !!
MDH got a Puncture, so did Orla, McNipples was going well, wobbily but deadly !!
30k in an hour !! thats pretty deadly !
really enjoyed that torture.
why is it? that on every lap. you tell yourself,"I'll take it easy" this time.
and then someone passes you, and you think "right"!

Once Cullen is out I know it's going to be tough .... we just push each other so ****ing hard! Tonight was no exception - I really thought I was going to puke at the top after the last climb! Great stuff!
