that was spicy, kids !!

Much smaller group tonight, I tried 3 times to catch Colm and so nearly did on the last loop you fecker, the Lynchie,Cullen, Higgins group are mad higgins goes from the start and the 2 lads get right up on him towards the end with Lynchie loosing out tonight i think on one or maybe two loops to Cullen. Good craic (NOT) as usual!!! Oh Yeh and Lynchie doin the first loop in big ring hahahaha you'd want to have heard him at the top "feckin eegit WTF are you like dutdutblinkblink" to himself hahaahhaha!!

Once again another tuesday super spin, stop towing lynchie up the hill. give me some chance of catching him.

Great spin. After Killiney Owen decided we'd take the scenic route home via DunLaoire, Blackrock and Deansgrange - I think he reckons that if he can't beat me up the hills he'll pummel me to death on the flat and he can do that allright! So myself, Owen, Paul and Rob went on a bit of a "painfest" for another 30 minutes!! Great buzz altogether!

yeah..Colm was blazing away tonight !! great pace ..no resting..2 new victims tonight , one from Boards !!
the triumverate of Higgins,lynch and Cullen is excellent..Richard was flying on the first Vico Climb !!

Great spin for me didnt know what to look forward tooo tonight. Had enough after the four laps just finished 2 dinners need the energy boost. Ha ha. All you guys going great Im impressed again.

I dropped back on the last climb to tow kellyer up , and I was chatting away to him , I could hear him breathing like mad behind me..so I says
" hands on top of the bars, let your back do the work ""
there was a pause and
" hurgh ha hff huff hurgh ..he's...hurgh.huff..long...argh hurgh ..gone !! archfhghhh"
and theres Lynchy behind me with the eye of the Tiger on him in that ridiculous jacket !!

Yeh I was but only because I went up it in the "big ring" by mistake ..... couldn't understand what was going wrong!!! I was completely bollixed at the top!!

hahahaha "eye of the tiger" hahahaa he wears that disco stu jacket to the pub with his red kickers hahahhaaahhahahaha the state of him!!

Ah Higgins you sussed out how to work the forum, at last:)

My legs are in bits after that. Smithers had a great change of pace on the last two laps after the first flat on the climb, left me for dead and totally demoralised! RL flew up on the first lap, v impressive. Must eat....
