Next year when I put together my pro Team..they'll be on it !! Fancy bikes, Fancy Team Car,masseurs, TV interviews and the adoration of the masses.

great session kids..just me, New Ronan, Jack, Max, JJ, Richard and Vinnie Fitz !! savage..I was tired, Vinnie broke me but it felt good..he put a turn of speed into me, that woke me up !!
lesson learned..when you think you have nothing left, your brain is lying to you !!
Its pathetic though the way the numbers have dwindled at these sessions, especially by people who really need to pull up their socks.
For the first time in the 21st Century I am looking forward to racing !!

Thanks for some cycling advice on position Richie. Good spin tough with a small crowd as there all savages. Only 1 lung working presently. Must have been the cycle home ha ha.

no problem John, the groups are getting closer..not only do these spins get you stronger, they create confidence and teach you your limits !!
The hilarious thing is , it was actually a lovely evening up there on the hill !!
