great auld spin tonight lads. 1hr 48mins and we did an extra climb. Andrew, colm, eamon, daragh, mick and myself. I even gain a new set of lights!

was going to join on the back there but the crappy bearings in my sram jockey wheel disintegrated. By the time i got them out and back on the bike ye were well gone

ah i was just out loosening up the legs after the racing in wales i'd only have stayed a little bit anyway . Besides the sight of colm in lycra frightened me a little, :-)
