I think I broke my leg up Scarr this morning so i'll only be able to go at 80% instead of my posted 85% , so you'll be fine !!
Hiding under your desks won't save you, and theres no point waffling on about SRAM v XT or Hugh rollers v skidmarks if you only look out the window at the hills.

that was brilliant..one of the best spins I've ever been on..you just never ever get sick of Djouce, even when its terminally sclompy and soaking..
What a beautiful evening for it.
Stunning in fact. I don't train like a mad man to race, I train hard so I can do spins like these at speed and with ease.
Its so much easier when you're seriously strong and when everybody else is strong , the atmosphere is brilliant.
only me, Damo, Kellyer, CMG,Doris and Jack were smart enough to hit Djouce tonight. I really hope none of you were out on the road tonight .
an absolutley brilliant spin worthy of legend.
I doubt any of the boys will sleep tonight buzzing off their heads the way they were.
I'm still eating my way through the fridge !!

That spin was bloody amazing, its been a while since I was buzzing so much after a spin. The stuff legends are made off.
Doris - " I bloody hate Blackcurrant !" what was that about !!
Yep that was unreal ! pace was FAST glad I was able to hang on. Non stop action from start to finish !
