well I have to be in work for 12.00 but you can go long !! mind you..we'll get some trails in before you shout stop !! trust me i'm like a rocket powered dog sled with the worlds greatest built in gyroscopic GPS 1!!

Mammy that was a fair pace
Doing well till I had that mega over the bars
lucky my face missed that stump
Had to take off the shifter to get the bars back round
Now off to work I'm bollix ed

great spin..handy pace..we lost Eamo, then DaveM, then Nips..some tour of 3 Rock..the weather willl cure the recession for us !!!

Yeah fantastic loop of 3rock, sunny and dusty trails... just perfect. I didn't even get my pro white bits dirty!

I was joking , of course !! you were actually doing fine..where did Dave go to ? The Trail up the back of Fairy Castle was just magnificently dry !
Now, I love all you people and I know some of you are doing your best to keep up but still you need to know your limits and allowing Eamo to come alone to a spin with Oisin, Max and Damo on it, well thats just unfair..where were all his Tuesday friends ?

I fell off the pace a bit, then lost sight of the group after you turned right into the forest from the WW, burst myself trying to catch what i thought was you lot heading back up towards the aerials, but no one around when i got there ! So did some of Fergal's trails and spun home. Bone dry up there, savage ! Thanks lads !
