Tuesday Savagery returns 12.4.11

6.30 Lambe Doyles..
Lambers to Dream Mile..as fast as you want to go.
Ticknock
Toms
WW
Glencullen
Mini Bog
Bag of Chips
Dream Mile
Home on the road
Not for weaklings unless they want to do it at their own pace with a friend who is equally weak.
Lovely, just what I need. And I'd guess a few more in the club would benefit from these hard training spins.
I'll try and make this too...if me wife comes home early enough to mind the kids I'll be there if that's cool, if another weakling turns up I'll be with them but I'll be trying to catch the people in front....I'll find my own way back when I lose yez.
...Actually no, on second thoughts, I'm still miles off that pace, I'll get myself out every day for the next while, stay off the smokes and see how the races go before I try to kill myself on spins like these.
Jaysus, that looks ubber savage. What bike to people use for this loop? Hardtail or full sus?
Simon, hardtail is fine, i did this loop on mine every time last year, great for the stretch of road back from eniskerry too !

I think that is the return loop you are thinking of max (but i stand corrected) as garmin I ain't!!
they do mini bog bOc and then dream mile onto the road and home
I think
Terry - to get from the end of the "mini bog", after the drainage channels, you either turn left down the rubbish trail or left across the boggy area which is Raven's Rock! Either option will bring you to BOC!
There's two options to get to Bag O Chips, down the Rubbish Trail or over Ravens. Ravens is usually shlompy over the winter but it's dried out now....I suspect Byrner will be doing Ravens but he's the man with the plan so Im sure he'l post about it
We do ravens rock kids..not the rubbish trail ( thats a filthy arse bandits shortcut ) some nay even do another stretch after the dream mile..
