If you want to be on my weekend spins, big mountain spins or any presidential outings, then you have to make the effort to get to these Tuesday training sessions.
Thats the rule for Summer.
Richard Lynch has a pass to go at 6.15 with Orla and nobody else at this moment.
Richie, I Will come along and hold onto the Tuesday pain train if that's ok?
Graham, I'll be leaving at 6.20pm! You know the Savage Spin rule ..... if you can't even stay up with RL you shouldn't be there! You're welcome to come along but I won't be stopping!
It's really important on this spin particularly that you have to be self sufficient - if you have a mechanical somewhere like Ravans Rock you really are a long walk from anywhere!

ok RL, I will leave with you then at 6.20 Thanks...
The last (and only) time I did this route was the 14th of May last year. It was my first spin with Epic, a real eye opener as I had only been to Ballinastoe and Kindlestown before this. I did it in 2hrs 59mins (according to the garmin). I'll be looking to knock a few minutes off this time!
Ill leave with RL and be bursting a gut to get as far as possible before being swallowed up by the savage pack and spat out the back. :)
Well..fcuk that..my two favourite sons are fiddling each other and can't make this so ..my back up best mate, Smithers is all I'll be worrying about !!
Two people broke the rule about asking if they can come ..am I talking through my arse ?
