My new maximum rest training programme isn't working !

the Maxxis Slow rollers didn't help either, Hairoil, Colm and myself did our tuesday night spin route with Brian and Jonah who got to see a few new trail. Jonah was very impressive, be good to see them both again.

Anyway, we did a good loop with aggro riding very well, rockin roll, romper was the bone dry and dream track, where the tyres finally got usefull.

you should try my maximum riding technique..and you cannot possibly blame your tyres..they are only skinny yokes compared to my Fat Alberts !!

I had Fat Alberts, they are like slicks compared to these slow rollers (super tacky) I was busting my balls tryin to get up Kilmashougue.

Well, as it says at the start, savage. Glad i got up early this morning to make this. All trails and single track were briljant up or down. that was some tour of 3rock. Thanks
